I am appreciative for the fact that the hotel Upgraded our stay, It was unexpected. I love how easy it was to check in and check out, the staff are amazing. Free coffee, the house keeping was superb! I have nothing but nice things to say about our stay. My family and I decided on our next japan trip we would still be staying here, this is now our home away from house. Also the location is absolutely stunning, temple, donqui, food places, shops, train stations are just a walking distance and what I also like about this place is during night time its quiet and peacefully. Thank you Richmond for giving us a corner room with top notch view, my kids was very happy. It was a great stay! We will be back Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa and you will still be our #1 choice.

All the rave reviews about the hotel are spot on. Location is ideal for tourists - sightseeing and shopping and restaurants abound. Highly recommend the premier triple room for beautiful views of Senso-ji and Skytree. Easy walking distance to transportation (even my kids could do the walk while pushing along their own luggage). The coffee in the lobby is delicious, and the breakfast buffet that we went to for one day was delightful. The service as excellent. When I accidentally left my Kindle behind in the room, they kindly found it and carefully shipped it back to me. Thank you so much, and we hope to come back again someday soon!

Location. Location. Excellent, all that you need are within reach. Food, restaurants, stores, mall. It’s basically all there. Uniqlo is below the hotel while Don Quijote is just across it. Coffee is free flowing from 8am-10pm. Lobby is spacious where you can lounge anytime. Staff is accommodating and able to communicate without difficulty.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It's definitely worth booking a room with Skytree view as it's so lovely and relaxing looking out of the window at night when everything is lit up. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and a coffee machine in the lobby to help yourself to free coffee during the day. There are vending machines, microwaves, and laundry rooms on various floors. The location of this hotel is great for a mixture of temples, shrines, and shops. A short walk to the train and metro, so it is easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo.

The staff was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location was also excellent. Short walk to the Tsukuba Express subway Station. The Akihabara Station is only 2-stops away and very easy to go anywhere in Tokyo from there.

Great location, comfy and clean room, bigger size than your average Tokyo hotel. Easy check in and check out. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel since we were already tired of hotel buffet breakfast after many weeks of traveling. The lobby is on the 5th floor. The shops and restaurants are on the lower floors so you don't need to go out of the building to go to dinner especially on a cold winter night. We had a room with a nice view of the temples and Skytree tower

Very good location and reasonable price. The room was clean, the staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. There was coffee in the lobby almost whole day and it was complimentary. There is iron in the room. Laundry service for a good price and microwave are also available.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the temple and Skytree. It was close to the subway stations, plenty of shops and restaurants and Nakamise-dori Street. There were ample washing machines, and having the tv show which machines were free made it so easy to get a load of washing done. Leaving Tokyo via Narita airport was quite easy with a short taxi ride to a Skyliner Station.

Location is great, always loved staying in Asakusa area and the walk to the train station is never boring going through the many shops and interesting areas along the way. The electronic check out was very convenient, no need to wait for long lines. Free coffee in the lobby is also a nice amenity.
